This unit contains a true HEPA Filter (H14) located upstream of the motor and is equipped with an Electronic Filter Suppressor which reduces Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), both radiated and conducted, below Class B limits for digital apparatus as established by the FCC and ISO. It also provides shielding against Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). The B-4 DS will not disrupt computers, radio and video monitors and other sensitive electronic equipment. This unit is also equipped with a 4-stage filtration system which consists of a HEPA Filter, Double Cloth Filter and Disposable Filter Bag. EMI - EMI Suppresion / RFI Shielding
These cleanroom vacuum cleaners are equipped with an electronic filter suppresser which reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI), both radiated and conducted, below class B limits for digital apparatus as established by the FCC and ISO. It also provides shielding against RFI (Radio Frequency Interference). The electronic filter is wired in line with the motor. If the electronic filter should fail, power to the motor will automatically be cut-off. These vacuum cleaners will not disrupt computers, radio and video monitors and other sensitive electronic equipment.

The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :
1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.
2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.
Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).
Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.

Heavy duty powder coated construction. Equipped with a continuous duty 3-phase motor. These units can also be equipped with true HEPA Filters (H14) located upstream and/or downstream of the motor. This unit can be used for general maintenance and is designed to be either a portable or stationary unit. This unit can be equipped with one of 3 filtration systems - Automatic Filter Shaker (AFS), Automatic Reverse Pulse (RPS) or Automatic Purge System (APS). These filtration systems enable the operator to clean the internal filters/cartridges without having to open up the vacuum cleaner. These filtration systems reduce maintenance downtime. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are DOP Leak Tested before leaving our facility.
RPS - Reverse Pulse System
- Automatic filter cleaning system that helps remove caked-on dust from the filter.
- Pulsed air is blown from the inside towards the outside of the filter at a regular frequence.
- User can adjust the interval between the two cleaning cycles.

ULPA - Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter
A ULPA filter is a type of air filter. It can remove at least 99.999% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.12 microns or larger.
North-America: Each ULPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.999% on 0.12 micron. Tested as per IES-RP-CC001.3.
Europe: Each ULPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.9995% on 0.18 micron, rated U15 as per EN 1822 by MPPS method.

TC - Tilting Cart

MRP - Manual Reverse Purge System
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time.
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :
1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.
2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.
Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).
Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.
