Explosion Proof / Dust Ignition Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaners (HAZLOC Division 1)

Tiger-Vac manufactures a complete line of explosion proof / dust ignition proof industrial vacuum systems for use in Division 1 Hazardous Locations. Our three phase electrically operated models are equipped with certified induction motors with regenerative blowers rated for continuous duty.  Ideal for large volume recovery and for process integration.

All electrical components used in the construction of our industrial explosion proof vacuums are individually certified and provide the highest Equipment Protection Level (EPL). Tiger-Vac explosion proof vacuum systems are legally certified by a Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRTL) recognized by OSHA. Our three phase electrically operated explosion proof / dust ignition proof vacuum systems are designed and certified for use in Class I - Div 1 - Groups D and in Class II - Div 1 - Groups F & G Hazardous Locations as defined in the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70). A certified Class II – Div 1 - Group E version is also available.
