This vacuum cleaner is not designed to collect combustible metal dust.

Use only recommended conductive cleaning hose and accessories.

ESD Safe Vacuum Systems for Hazardous Locations are designed to prevent ignition hazards.
We use metal parts or Static Dissipative Powder Coating to prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

  • HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99.995% at 0.3 micron. Tested IEST-RP-CC001. H14 by MPPS method as per EN 1822 and OSHA compliant. All of our HEPA vacuum systems are aerosol leak tested before leaving our facility - included

  • Pneumatic (air-operated). Single venturi, or twin venturi for more power
  • Static dissipating and conductive
  • Category 3/EPL Dc, Zone 22 (Dust)
  • For wet & dry recovery. Designed to recover large spills
  • Heavy duty powder coated body and cart/dolly
  • Mounted on a Tilting Cart (TC) for easy disposal of recovered materials
  • 4-wheel dolly is available for easy maneuverability
